COOKING WORKSHOP
Step into a culinary workshop where Greek food
meets the Israeli palette
I weave Mediterranean roots with the warmth of home-style cooking, presenting them with
the elegance of a carefully curated modern experience.
In this five-hour hands-on cooking workshop, I invite you to explore the essence of Greek cuisine —from beloved mainland classics to the cherished dishes
of my ancestral home- the Cycladic island of Sifnos
Together, we’ll work with fresh ingredients, fragrant herbs, and seasonal produce to create vibrant dishes that embody true Greek hospitality and bring the sun-kissed flavors of the Cycladic Islands to the Israeli table.
Every recipe comes to life through stories and traditions passed
down through generations.
A good meal becomes even richer when seasoned
with memory and meaning.
We’ll conclude our time together around the table, enjoying the meal we’ve created.
We’ll share laughter, connection, and the timeless joy of breaking bread together.
MAESTRA CACAO CEREMOMY
The Alchemy of Ancestry
The Maestra Cacao Ceremony was developed by Raia over the course of almost 2 decades with her mentor Carmen Vicente.
It is a uniquely inspired ritual that begins at sunset and unfolds into the night while adapting
to each gathering independently and with intent.
The ceremony is adapted for initiations including coming of age ceremonies, birthdays, births or bachlorette gatherings, and any other celebratory event that marks a milestone.
During the ceremony, selective healing plants, herbs and flowers are used alongside a mortar and pestle, helping to activate and deepen the collective prayer as we dive deeper into a journey of remembrance.
The ceremony draws upon my ancestral background and years of study with tribal elders and indigenous teachers
across Greece and Central and South America, as well as my personal mentorship with Carmen Vicente.
The Maestra Cacao ceremony invites ancestral healing and reconnection to roots through a living,
physical, and spiritual experience. Participants are carried on waves of music, movement,
and shared singing—a circle of voices united in prayer, remembrance,
and within a transformational ritual.
The ceremony welcomes women and men seeking to connect with the sacred cycles of life
and the inner qualities hidden within and to mark a moment of true expansion. Through this experience,
layers of hidden memories are recovered while creating a true space of presence, connection, and awareness.
Initiations
Weddings, bachelorette circles
anniversaries, or housewarming ceremonies
Community Events
Equinox and solstice gatherings, festivals,
new-moon and full-moon circles.
Every ceremony is uniquely raised and
adapted to the specific event

Join me in spaces of food, heritage,
healing, and togetherness
Raised in Greece and living the family life in Israel, I bring together food, culture, and ancestral wisdom from my homeland and from experiences across the world. As a semi-finalist on MasterChef Israel and facilitator of cultural and culinary journeys in Greece, Israel and elsewhere, I create experiences where my heritage and food culture meets ritual and tradition while coming together to inspire connection, reflection and deep transformation
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Arts with a Minor in Art History, along with Master’s-level studies in Anthropology. Professionally, I have embraced many roles: contestant on MasterChef Israel, where I reached the semi-finals with Greek and fusion cuisine; recipe developer for food and natural medicines (including skincare); and now leader of cultural and culinary tours to Greece. I carry the titles of ceremonialist, creative director, chef and entrepreneur - yet above all, my most fulfilling role is that of Mother.

“What a special evening—deep, connecting, inspiring, liberating, and full of healing and love; full of beauty, intention, and generosity. Thank you to each of you who shared your shining presence. Thank you, beloved Raia, for opening your home and heart and offering your precious, rare, and unique gift. You touched each of us with simplicity and wisdom, and truly brought us closer to the path.
Thanks to fire, earth, air, and water—thanks to cacao. Sivan, Hagar, Tal, Amihali, Ronit, and Omina, thank you for your support, which was felt so strongly—you were wonderful. I bless us all that the blessings and prayers of our hearts may be fulfilled, and that who we truly are may shine here on this earth.
I bless that we remember the butterfly born from the fire, and that we remember our own powers and all the good that exists for us."
“Beloved, you are so blessed with the presence of higher divinity. I guide, heal, and support people to return to their original frequency through receiving messages from the soul level, from the beginning until today, seeing the world of causes, the formation of outcomes, and their consequences across the timeline of life.
You cleanse, purify, and create transformative processes with them, from the root cause, using powerful and innovative tools, and return them to the knowledge of the heart.
Thank you for your deep connection to the realms of fire and earth, and for gathering women to empower the fire and earth within them, in their innermost being. Sending you a loving embrace."
“I am deeply grateful for participating in the cacao course and for the privilege of receiving from your abundance in such a loving, generous, and humble way.
From the day after the ceremony until a few days ago, I was bedridden with a severe flu and couldn’t write or send you feedback.
I feel that I underwent a deep cleansing related to the things I experienced during the ceremony.
The ceremony was amazing and moving—I have no words to describe it. I experienced very meaningful moments that I am still processing.
The healing plants connected me with my ancestors—the grandparents I never knew—and they delivered a clear message: ‘Cleanse the ancestral guilt.’
I am still trying to understand.
Thank you for holding and guiding the ceremony; at every moment, I felt blessed to be part of this wonderful event. Thank you for the healing and abundance of blessings you showered upon me and everyone. Thanks also to the team of angels who were with you.”
